A powerful earthquake left thousands of families in Kahramanmaras without homes as winter set in. Our teams are racing to deliver emergency shelter, blankets, heaters and hot meals to families with young children.
Funds go directly to winterised tents, thermal blankets, portable heaters and warm meals for displaced families — prioritising households with infants, young children and elderly relatives.
Funds are used for direct aid including medical care, school costs, emergency supplies and family support. We publish timeline updates so you can follow the impact of your generosity.
The first 60 winterised shelter kits have reached displaced families in Kahramanmaras. Thermal blankets, heaters and hot meals are now being distributed as overnight temperatures keep falling.
